Performing system recovery with HP Tools

Performing system recovery from recovery discs
You can also perform a system recovery in HP Compaq 8000 Elite PCs using the recovery discs that came with your system. To do this, press the 'Esc' key when the first logo screen appears after you turn your system on. Next, insert the recovery CD or DVD into your drive, and select that drive from the 'Please select book device' screen and press 'Enter'.
