Microsoft Windows 7 is it's default Operating System. It has 12.1 inch diagonal LED-backlit WXGA anti-glare display. The battery lasts minimum seven hours.If your new hardware is not compatible with your Windows XP operating system or your system lacks the power to run Windows XP then you need to uninstall the Windows XP Operating system. In order to uninstall Windows XP you need to open 'Control Panel' and open 'Add and Remove Programs'. By double clicking the Uninstall Windows XP you could easily uninstall your Windows XP Operating system.

Reinstall Operating System
Sometime you may not see 'Uninstall Windows XP' option in the 'Add or Remove Program' list. In order to prevent removing this driver software during the uninstallation process you need to restart your system in Safe mode.
After uninstalling Windows XP Operating system, you would not get file extension, directories and lots of other organizational and structural information. All these data is needed to work with other Operating System. Once the uninstalling is complete, you need to save all these files and put them into Windows. Hence you need to have a proper back up of all these data.
