HP EliteBook 8540w system is best known for performance among its users. Like all other system, its basic settings like boot configuration, onboard devices settings, system time and date etc. on HP EliteBook 8540w system is saved in the BIOS setup. Flashing of BIOS
Flashing BIOS is the process of updating the BIOS program. You can visit the HP website and then download the suitable BIOS version for HP EliteBook 8540w system, run it on the computer and follow the onscreen instructions. This process would update the BIOS setup and BIOS corruption related issues would be rectified. You need to be very careful when you update the BIOS, computer should not go off due to power failure or other interruptions while the BIOS update is in process.
