Reinstall the software after doing the deletion. Check the registry settings by checking on the path HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer, if the value is more than zero than it can lead to the issue. Click on ‘Start’, then in ‘Run’ type in ‘gpedit.msc’ and change the group policy.
