The Bluetooth technology
It is a wireless technology to communicate with the devices within short range. By using this technology you can replace the cable connections between the devices. In such places where cable connections may be complicated, this technology can be used. The network that is established with the use of the Bluetooth is called the Pico-net. Within a Pico-net a Bluetooth device can communicate simultaneously with other seven devices. Each device (containing Bluetooth) can be connected to several Pico-nets simultaneously. The Bluetooth technology can handle voice and data transmissions simultaneously.
Switch on and off Bluetooth
Using the Bluetooth technology you can connect to other devices within its range. In case of the HP Pavilion P6350z, if you configure your system with the 802.11 a-b-g-n PCI Express X one wireless card and built-in Bluetooth wireless USB module for PCs – you may want to switch it on and off. You can do it by going to the ‘Device Manager’ and disabling the Bluetooth related device. You can also use any special software to turn on or off the Bluetooth in your HP pavilion computer. If your computer comes with the HP Wireless Assistant Software, then you can control the wireless devices like the Bluetooth, WWAN, WLAN devices through this software.
If you use the enable/disable option from the Device Manager of your operating system, be sure that you are disabling that particular device and it can not affect any other devices of your computer system. When you can use the Wireless Assistant Software, be aware that the software can not conflict with any other software of your computer.
